Legendary Heroes

Legendary Heroes are Heroes with an innate Legendary Effect of one of four types (
Water,
Earth,
Fire, and
Wind). Unlike blessings bestowed via the Confer Blessing mechanic, a Legendary Hero's Legendary Effect cannot be removed or replaced. During the season that corresponds with a Legendary Hero's Legendary Effect, they grant additional stats to allies with a blessing of the corresponding type.
Most Legendary Heroes are protagonists or significant figures within their origin game, with the exception of Heroes' original characters, who would later become Mythic Heroes.

In addition, Legendary Heroes are granted additional bonus abilities. The first is Duel, which treats the unit's base stat total as higher. This improves scoring in modes like Arena. The second is Pair Up, which allows units to switch between themselves and a selected partner unit in some game modes, as well as granting boosts to the Legendary Hero based on their partner's stats.
| Stat | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Atk: | (Partner's Atk-25)/10 |
| Spd: | (Partner's Spd-10)/10 |
| Def: | (Partner's Def-10)/10 |
| Res: | (Partner's Res-10)/10 |
(maximum of +4 bonus to each stat, rounded down.)

Duo and Harmonized Heroes

Duo Heroes and Harmonized Heroes are unit parings of two or more characters as a single unit. Duo Heroes originate from the same title, whereas Harmonized Heroes originate from different titles. Both types of Heroes have the ability to activate Skills, named Duo Skills and Harmonized Skills respectively, once per map. When the Skill's conditions are met, it can be used to grant a wide array of effects, ranging from simple bonuses to extra turns. Additionally, Skills cannot be used when deployed using Pair Up. If the unit has a Style, a Skill can only be used after the unit has taken an action.
Like Legendary Heroes, Duo Heroes also have the Duel effect, which treat the unit's base stat total as higher to improve scoring in modes like Arena.
Harmonized Heroes have their own challenge mode tied to them, Resonant Battles, where deployment is limited to units from the Harmonized Hero's titles of origin. In this mode, deployed Harmonized Heroes earn bonus points based on the number deployed, the maximum being two, with the score difference being equal to the number of merges.
Ascended Heroes

Ascended Heroes are Heroes with an Ascended Asset, which boosts a stat in addition to and beyond a regular asset. Upon summoning an Ascended Hero, an Ascendant Floret is granted, allowing non-ascended Heroes to gain an ascended asset when used. While applying an Ascendant Floret in the "Ascend Traits" menu, a player may choose which stat receives the ascended trait, nullifying out flaws if applying it to the flawed trait. Once an ascendant asset is applied, an Ascendant Floret icon appears by the unit's name on the Hero's profile screen.
A single Hero cannot have their traits ascended more than once, but can change the which stat is ascended by accessing the "Change Traits" menu and using 100 Trait Fruit. When merging an Ascended Hero with no flaw, if the merge would raise a stat that has already been ascended, that stat increase is allocated to a different stat instead. This also occurs when merging two ascended units that have a ascended asset in the same stat. If both units have different ascended stats, however, the source unit's asset is lost.
Rearmed Heroes

Rearmed Heroes are Heroes that are equipped with Arcane Weapons, personal weapons that can be inherited by other units, so long as they have the same weapon type and color. When selected as a source for skill inheritance, Rearmed Heroes use elite inheritance, originally named "Arcane Inheritance" before the release of Attuned Heroes, which allows the unit to stay within the player's barracks after inheritance. This change is shown in the arcane weapon icon, which becomes crossed out.
When merging, if either the source or target unit has not used their elite inheritance, the source unit is retained after merging. After elite inheritance, the rearmed unit is restricted from being a source unit for future inheritance. Additionally, a combat manual cannot be made of rearmed unit after inheritance.
Attuned Heroes

Attuned Heroes are Heroes equipped with their own exclusive Attuned Skills. Like Rearmed Heroes, Attuned Heroes can use elite inheritance, allowing the unit to stay in a player's barracks after being selected as a source for inheritance. When doing so, the option to inherit the unit's attuned skill (or X slot skill) is available and like Rearmed Heroes, their attuned icon is crossed out to reflect the change. Elite inheritance can only be used once per copy of the Attuned Hero, and attuned skills cannot be equipped by non-Attuned Heroes with a personal assist skill or arcane weapon.
Merging rules are similar to those of Rearmed Heroes. If either the source or target unit has not used their elite inheritance, it is retained or restored to the target unit after merging. After elite inheritance, the attuned unit is restricted from being a source unit for future inheritance. Additionally, a combat manual cannot be made of an attuned unit after inheritance.
Aided Heroes

Aided Heroes are Heroes who come equipped with a special Aide, granting them +1 to all stats. Upon summoning an Aided Hero, an Aide's Essence is granted. When this item is used on another non-Aided Hero, it grants them +1 to all stats as well, as well as the ability to equip Aides as accessories. Unlike normal accessories, Aides can be equipped to different Heroes at the same time so long as the hero is bestowed an aide. Each Aided Hero comes with a different Aide.
When an Aide's Essence is bestowed on a Hero, they may freely swap between different Aides, the aides on an Aided hero however cannot. Aide's Essence cannot be regained after bestowing, even if the unit bestowed is used as a source in skill inheritance, nor is it regained if the bestowed Hero is sent home or turned into a combat manual. When merging a unit bestowed with an Aide's Essence, the Aide's Essence carries over regardless of position.
Entwined Heroes

Entwined Heroes are Heroes who can form stronger bonds with other Heroes or the Summoner, granting the S+ support rank as well as giving boosts to select stats. Upon summoning, an Entwined Hero's associated Bouquet is received, which grants a bonus to two stats in combat when paired with a non-Entwined Hero. The affected stats are dependent on the type of Bouquet.
| Portrait | Entwined Hero | Bouquet | Stats raised |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ash: Borrowed Power | Ash's Bouquet | Atk/Def | |
| Sharena: Borrowed Divinity | Sharena's Bouquet | Atk/Spd | |
| Ninian: Heartfelt Dancer | Ninian's Bouquet | Spd/Res |
When an Entwined Hero and their support partner attain an S+ support, both units' receive Atk/Spd/Def/Res +2 no matter how far apart they are in battle together, in addition to the stats given by the Bouquet during combat. When a Bouquet is granted to a non-Entwined Hero, they are also granted the ability to achieve S+ ranks in Ally and Summoner Support.
A Hero can only have one Bouquet at a time. Giving another Bouquet erases the previous' affects. Entwined Heroes themselves cannot receive a Bouquet. Once used, Bouquets cannot be regained, but are passed on when the unit is merged.
Chosen Heroes

Chosen Heroes are Heroes that come with a pre-selected Chosen Unit Effect matching one of the types of Legendary Heroes (
Water,
Earth,
Fire, and
Wind), and can grant various bonus effects to a selected ally. These bonuses range from bonus stats, higher arena scoring, to weapon triangle bonus damage. A Chosen Hero's Chosen Target Effect also acts like a regular blessing, granting x2 SP and the Clash effect, which gives higher arena scoring during their corresponding season by treating the unit's base stat total as 220.
Chosen Effect - Stat boots: When a target Hero is selected, that Hero receives stat increases based on the Chosen Hero's merge count. Every merge grants the effect of a Dragonflower. These increases do not impact how stats influence opponent selection in modes like arena.
Chosen Effect - Powerful Foes: During the Chosen Hero's season, higher scoring opponents appear in places like arena when the Chosen Hero is on the equipped team. The higher score between the Chosen Hero and the target Hero is used for score calculation.
Chosen Effect - Boosted in Arena: During the Chosen Hero's season, if the target Hero has weapon triangle advantage, they deal an extra +20 damage and take -20 damage during combat (excluding AoE specials). If the target is colorless, this bonus is granted when in combat against colorless foes.
Chosen Effect - Blessed in Arena: During the Chosen Hero's season, the target Hero is treated as though they have the Chosen Hero's elemental blessing, effectively granting two blessings.
Emblem Heroes

Emblem Heroes are Heroes that, when paired with another Hero, grant additionial effects to that Hero's Special skill. Inspired by Fire Emblem Engage's Emblem Rings, in addition to affecting a Hero's Special skill, they also grant stat boosts depending on their merge count, equal to that of one Dragonflower per merge on the Emblem Hero.
Emblem Heroes cannot engage with duplicates of themselves, but can engage with other Emblem Heroes. Only one Hero may engage with an Emblem Hero, even if multiple copies of that Emblem Hero are within a player's barracks.
Resplendent Heroes

Resplendent Heroes are versions of regular units who have raised stats and alternate attire as a reward for purchasing the Feh Pass. Once distributed (or purchased), players receive a 5 star hero and their corresponding resplendent attire, given +2 to all stats. Equipping resplendent attire changes character art, miniature art, and voice lines. Players are given the option to switch between versions, keeping stat changes regardless if resplendent attire is equipped.
Resplendent Heroes are distributed twice a month with the Feh Pass, with attire based on a faction within the worlds of Heroes .
