ITC Home Video

ITC Home Video was the home video licensing division of the ITC Entertainment Group. While self-distributed in the UK, its North American releases were distributed by J2 Communications and, later, Live Entertainment.

Logo (1988-1996)

Visuals: Same as the 1987 ITC logo, except that "Home Video" wipes in below.

Technique: Cel animation by Craig Clark.

Audio: An alternate take of the John O'Kennedy music at a higher pitch, with louder sparkling sounds, a notable cut at the final synth note, earlier cymbals, and an earlier clanging.

Availability:

• Examples include The Last Unicorn, Return of the Pink Panther (1975), Whispers (1990), and On Golden Pond (1981), among others.
• It can also be found on the 1989 J2 Communications Laserdisc release of On Golden Pond (1981).
• It was also seen at the end of an unknown episode of Gideon's Way.
• It is also seen on UK VHS releases, such as the 1992 releases Tiswas: Volume 1: The Best of the Best Bits! and Tiswas: Volume 2: More of the Best Bits!, and the 1994 release Halfway Across the Galaxy and Turn Left - 2, among others.
