Disgraceful service - lazy & unprofessional

Our usual Evri delivery guy, unfortunately he is on holiday.
I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered, no one knocked my door, the ring doorbell had not alerted me to anyone near my door, on looking at the photo of the ‘delivery’ I had expected to see a photo of the parcel in the porch as per the instructions, right next to my front door & was amazed to see it had literally been thrown by my garage door, which is on the road and the parcel could be seen by everyone and easily stolen.
On going out to the parcel I discovered two parcels there, one was for an a house about 5 minutes walk away.
Whoever delivered it had literally thrown them there, between my car and the garage, and as it was dark I haven’t checked my car for any damage but will tomorrow morning.
On the email it says ‘left in porch’ it was left in the road!
it was lazy, thoughtless, unprofessional and a disgrace. I run my own small business and have decided to never use Evri for any of my parcels based on this disgraceful service.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company! I ordered a COMiCA VM20 Shotgun Microphone from AliExpress and the item was supposed to be with me between 4th and 11th of October 2025. Nothing has arrived. EVRI who are the courier tell me it’s the local depot, so why is my item just sitting there. Why can’t you give me my item or better still let me come to the depot and collect my item. You are a joke of a courier and I will make sure friends and family know to avoid you and AliExpress for good. Fix this asap, you are at fault and criminal for holding my item hostage!

Delivery within timeframe given
Delivery within timeframe given. Left safely within doorway after knocking on door. My fault, I could not get to door in time. Can not fault the delivery person, I was. Happy to receive my parcel this way.

At first I didn't have much problem…
At first I didn't have much problem with receiving parcels, but lately I've often not been able to receive or collect parcels I've purchased, costing me time and money at times. It seems delivery is smoother from Temu than Aliexpress? As this mostly happened withe purchases from Ali, but I'm not sure anymore. There were plenty of times where Evri failed to inform me that parcels were missing and by the time I check the tracking status, they are on their way back? Its really confusing that this was atleast the third or the fourth time.

Ignored my requests to not deliver
I cancelled my two Amazon orders promptly and even told EVRI and put notices on my front door but EVRI left the parcels regardless. VERY POOR SERVICE. Avoid.

They can't tell you truth where your parcel is they said they got parcel on the 10th lie it didn't get to uk on 11th on11th same thing every day since my score out of 10 is a big fat o can't trust these lying bullshit company refuse them when you order tell that company if they send via evri then cancel your order because you never ever find out when it's coming lying bunch of scum

LOST PARCELS!
I’ve had two parcels due from Evri, one is missing and Evri do not bother to contact me about it. It’s just several weeks late.
The other parcel is over 4 days late, I’m just hoping it’s not lost with the other one.

All my orders are always delivered on…
All my orders are always delivered on time. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 starts is because only one of my orders was delivered very late which was the next following day. I do wish the communication was a little bit better when that happened so I could know the reason why it wasn’t delivered and why I had to wait the next day. But overall my exit with Evri has been very good and all the delivery drivers always respectful and friendly.
Delivered in good time
My parcel arrived promptly and in good condition. I was kept informed about the delivery day and given the time window. I particularly appreciated the update giving a more precise time frame as it meant I could plan the rest of my day more effectively.
