Evri, Every time

The regular courier is very courteous and goes out of his way to make sure my packages are delivered to my safe place if required. I had two parcels delivered today, one from Evri and one from Yodel. The Evri package was delivered to my designated safe place, but the Yodel package was left at the front of my house and has been stolen. If I could, it would be Evri every time for me.

Still waiting

Further to my last review on the 21 April, ??? from Jane plan got in touch as did QVC. Jane plan apologized and promised to replace all the items that we listed, photographed and sent to them. and big apologies all round. QVC offered a £15 credit towards our next purchase. However we are still waiting for the replacement items. As I said in my last review it is not acceptable to charge over £300 for out of date products or products approaching the end of use dates.

Use by Date Expired…

We recently purchased 2 x Jane Plan 20 day boxes. We received the boxes on Saturday 15 April and started using them the following Monday. Today my wife pointed out that the breakfast porridge that she had used had a use by date of Jan 23.On checking the use by dates on other menus we found that some had passed their use by dates of January February and March others were very close to it.
At £393, the plan is not a cheap one and I am also disappointed with the selection of menu's with too many spicy meals among them.
