Disgraceful service - lazy & unprofessional

I usually have excellent service from
Our usual Evri delivery guy, unfortunately he is on holiday.
I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered, no one knocked my door, the ring doorbell had not alerted me to anyone near my door, on looking at the photo of the ‘delivery’ I had expected to see a photo of the parcel in the porch as per the instructions, right next to my front door & was amazed to see it had literally been thrown by my garage door, which is on the road and the parcel could be seen by everyone and easily stolen.
On going out to the parcel I discovered two parcels there, one was for an a house about 5 minutes walk away.
Whoever delivered it had literally thrown them there, between my car and the garage, and as it was dark I haven’t checked my car for any damage but will tomorrow morning.
On the email it says ‘left in porch’ it was left in the road!
it was lazy, thoughtless, unprofessional and a disgrace. I run my own small business and have decided to never use Evri for any of my parcels based on this disgraceful service.
