Disgraceful service - lazy & unprofessional

I usually have excellent service from
Our usual Evri delivery guy, unfortunately he is on holiday.
I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered, no one knocked my door, the ring doorbell had not alerted me to anyone near my door, on looking at the photo of the ‘delivery’ I had expected to see a photo of the parcel in the porch as per the instructions, right next to my front door & was amazed to see it had literally been thrown by my garage door, which is on the road and the parcel could be seen by everyone and easily stolen.
On going out to the parcel I discovered two parcels there, one was for an a house about 5 minutes walk away.
Whoever delivered it had literally thrown them there, between my car and the garage, and as it was dark I haven’t checked my car for any damage but will tomorrow morning.
On the email it says ‘left in porch’ it was left in the road!
it was lazy, thoughtless, unprofessional and a disgrace. I run my own small business and have decided to never use Evri for any of my parcels based on this disgraceful service.

Nowhere as good as Lloyds was

Been switched to pharmacy 4 u from Lloyds; basic ordering system, nowhere as good as Lloyds which gave you dates or orders, how many tablets left reminders when to order next
With 26 medications I find PFU confusing and the constant emails to say you need to answer questions before we release the meds is frustrating
Looking for a new alternative
Shame as Lloyds was perfect - PFU is far from it.

At the moment, our reminder service does not extend to listing the individual medications required. The reminders are designed for monthly prescriptions which are all issued/ordered together, so generally, only one reminder would be required each time.

We are aware however that this is not always suitable, as some patient's medications are prescribed at separate times, despite us encouraging GP's to issue all medications together on the same cycle. Due to this, we hope to implement a new reminder service which will sync reminders for individual medications, stating the mediation required.

Left at wrong address

Left at wrong address - yet second yodel delivery that arrived 3 minutes later got the right address driver of first delivery done this before! Check numbers on the doors!

Issues with my billing be helpful if staff listened to the customer

Issues with my billing, meter’s are sending daily readings to ovo, I can see them on the account but I’m not being charged for any electricity usage. Took several calls, emails & Twitter messages for them to stop telling me ‘your smart meter is sending us daily readings there is no issue’ before one bright spark said oh yeah their not applying the usage to your bills!

Had a call today asking me to check the meter I did, they think there’s a fault with the meter , there isn’t it’s sending ovo daily readings the fault is their system not adding the usage to my bill, woman on the phone told me ‘I’ve been told it’s a meter issue’ she asked me if the wan lights flash on the electric meter ( they do) she asked me if they flash on the gas ( there are no lights) she said ahh that’s the issue. I said then how are you getting daily readings, she doesn’t know but she’s been told it’s a meter issue.
I googled the meter, the gas one doesn’t have lights it sends the readings to the electric meter which does have the lights and it sends both readings to ovo, which they have been getting.

Surely it’s not rocket science to look at their system and work out why when they have the readings they aren’t charging me for the use!

Not impressed.

There is no option to read a message on here that i can see so not sure how OVO expect me to communicate with them via this app?!

Amazing customer service & quality products

I purchase for my business and for myself. The items are always of excellent quality and value. Customer service is amazing, the support from fellow Mackie direct users on their Facebook page is helpful & supportive.
Using the different range of items they supply has opened up a new revenue for my business and also been great fun to experiment with.
