My parcel as been out for delivery for 9 days and now 2 more parcels have been added. Yodal will not deliver them. Can anybody explain why.

Waiting on a package where it was put out for delivery twice, both times saying they need more information about my address. Contacted them and they ignored me and just said "don't worry it will be delivered" well it's not. They haven't offered to help, and there's not been an attempt to deliver it. Very disappointing.

Yodel/ parcel 2go, or whatever the name, is a dreadful service.
Tracking makes no sense.
We will deliver your parcel on Sunday. I checked online to see if deliveries are made on Sunday. Only in rare circumstances. Anyway no delivery on Sunday.
We will deliver Monday. You guessed it, no delivery on Monday.

Dreadful, dreadful, absolutely dreadful service. I have screenshots of the tracking and promised delivery dates. Item was posted on the 8th in Leeds, and I know Birmingham is 100 miles away, but it's the 14th tomorrow, and if the parcel has arrived by then(fingers crossed) it's taken 6 days.

First time using a wine company that uses Yodel to deliver but my delivery due today wasn’t delivered.
After spending ages trying to speak to Yodel via chat, I was advised that the driver said he couldn’t find my address, even though it’s a cul-de-sac off the main road that has been there for over 60 years and has countless delivery vans visiting on a daily basis.
Yodel, you’ve just lost Laithwaites a new customer.

They sit on a throne of lies…received message from sender failed delivery…saying I was not at home to take the delivery…big lie…check security, CCTV and Ring??? No delivery driver…must be a Ninja…

Yodel Store to Door in Swindon, Delta Local, SN5 7XN is charging £1 for printing digital labels. When I challenged he said they cannot be printing labels every time and that is not correct. Since I couldn’t find a way of reporting this store I’m doing this here.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Parcel was ordered on next day delivery on 03/10. No update on parcel until got estimated delivery time slot on 08/10. Waited in all day to get a message saying driver couldn’t find my address. Gave more instructions for driver and delivery has not been attempted again. Contacted customer service every day since 08/10 and just get told the same thing each day “ wait for today your parcel is coming today” and still not here over 1 week later. Customer service advisers interrupt you all through out conversations. Asked to speak to a manager they apparently transferred the call through then the call cut off on me. Called back and eventually spoke to a “manager” who then told me they would escalate this ( have also been told this every day since i first spoke to them). She then said she would call me back by end of the day with an update as to what’s going on with my parcel. Working day over and didn’t hear another thing. Hands down this is absolutely the worst courier service I have ever had to use. Would recommend anyone who is going to order/ send something through Yodel to find another delivery service. Not worth the hassle what so ever.

Trustpilot sort it out and put a clear zero star rating in place as there are many businesses that warrant zero approval! Please action this as it is clear it is required. In terms of my experience with Yodel InPost they are incompetent and disorganised and this isn't the first time. I consider myself fair and understanding — to a point that I gave a second and third chance on purchase and delivery - today in question, your parcel is out on delivery and it is now 7.41pm, no parcel...again. When you purchase from a company and each time they manage to either get the order wrong or the delivery wrong or both then it results in a bad impression and that goes beyond the individual as word gets around. With this company - they get the delivery wrong, the tracking responds the same every time "Please check your tracking number or postcode and try again" and then the delivery always appears to be days late with the wrong item delivered. It is remarkable that they are able to achieve this every time - I mean if we were looking at consistency, then they are 100% consistent every time! Yet, every other courier gets here without a problem. I advise DO NOT USE YODEL INPOST find an alternative even if it costs more and explain the additional cost to the customer - most would pay more for a service that works than pay less for one that is just not fit for purpose.

The end of September I had a really bad experience. Driver don't even come to the area and put on the system "unable to deliver" 3 times and the parcel went back to the seller when I paid next day delivery

Every time ! Is it really so hard to ring a doorbell/ knock the door. At least it wasnt left while i was out in full view for someone to take it, thats Yodels normal trick. Rhis time my package was a long stem artificial flowers that was screwed up and shoved through a small letterbox. Well done Yodel 👏 🖕

I’d love to give 0 stars if possible. This courier is beyond pathetic, I was filled with dread as soon as I found out my parcel had been shipped with Yodel, but I couldn’t imagine how awful the experience would be.
4 times my parcel has been on a van but still not got anywhere near my house.
The chat service blame an unforeseen circumstance every time and promise it will be coming that day. I wonder if there are any circumstances Yodel do foresee, certainly not delivering parcels.

Yet ANOTHER no delivery , they decide , without even trying delivery to return the parcel back to sender ! If and it's a BIG if , they do deliver , it's abandoned in plain sight of all and sudry with a large notice saying 'PLEASE STEAL ME ' they must cost their customers thousands with people claiming lost ( thieved ) parcels . Drivers are also unbalanced thugs , one of whom I had to report to police . The company ,, to be blunt is a joke , EVRI may be down market but at least they deliver and don't assault the people they deliver to , and they don't employ rude thugs , theives and drivers who don't wash from one week to the next . CAN'T BEAT ROYAL MAIL !
