Malta was great ST Julian’s was vibrant lots going on lovely places to eat & drink Hyatt Regency Hotel were we stayed was fantastic lovely roof top pool.
breakfast was excellent everyone was really helpful . We are there on occasion the evening meal was excellent also couldn’t fault it
Jet 2 private Transfers that we’d arrange could of been better organised in my opinion in future I will arrange my own private transfer and not with Jet 2 it’s the 1st time I’ve used Jet2 transfers

I ordered I present for part of my mums Christmas present on wed 19th December’19 I had an email the day after to say this item had been dispatched with Royal Mail . I’ve never received the item, I rang customer services on 23rd Dec to enquire to be told that it was with Royal Mail I would just have to wait, my mum never got part of her Christmas present, as it never arrived. I then rang Royal Mail on 28th Dec to be told they had never received it from Ted Baker , it then took me over an hour to contact customer services on 30th Dec, for them to look into it and agree it had never been sent! Furthermore the item was then apparently out of stock so now my mum hasn’t got her present. It’s very poor customer service, and not good enough, and then to be given a 10% discount was an insult when I get sent them via emails anyhow. I think your staf need further training on tracking of items
