Hit and miss - depends on courier

We used to have a great local evri courier. There's a new one now and they take parcels to the wrong address and ignores "please do not knock, sleeping baby, leave parcel in porch" signs.
We had a delivery at our home address today, the postage label said a nearby collection point but they took it to the house as they recognised the name.

Awful service

Awful service.
Late deliveries or missing parcels.
Terrible staff behaviours, why staring in people's windows and watching them in their home is OK I have no idea.

Taken months to figure out what's wrong with the car and it's this company's installation of the dashcam

We will not use them again or recommend…

We will not use them again or recommend them.
They've let themselves into the property without telling us before and they've given the keys to a surveyor/buyer for the buyer to attend the property without telling us. Property is still STC.
They were meant to negotiate a change in price at the buyers request. They agreed the price with the buyer without telling us. We had to find out it was agreed from the buyer. Still haven't heard from the local agent.
The buyer has said they've frequently given them updates, none of which were passed on to us or the solicitors.
Purplebricks have implied this is our fault and on some occasions the buyers fault. Our local agent is very hard to contact. Working with them/purplebricks has become very uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful
