Joke of a company! I ordered a COMiCA VM20 Shotgun Microphone from AliExpress and the item was supposed to be with me between 4th and 11th of October 2025. Nothing has arrived. EVRI who are the courier tell me it’s the local depot, so why is my item just sitting there. Why can’t you give me my item or better still let me come to the depot and collect my item. You are a joke of a courier and I will make sure friends and family know to avoid you and AliExpress for good. Fix this asap, you are at fault and criminal for holding my item hostage!

Excellent customer service and very reliable. No intimidating tactics or bullying from garage and everything is transparent. Mansur Bhai has been excellent and really assuring who works at the garage, alhamdullilah he does a fantastic job.

Jamie who came to install our community broadband was extremely helpful and polite. My wife had such a positive experience and was full of praise for this young man. The internet speed is very good and everything went smoothly. I couldn't recommend them enough and for Jamie, well done mate, you are a credit to yourself and the work you do! Keep it up :)

At first I was quite nervous ordering my item from this company given some bad reviews posted on Youtube and also on here. But my item arrived in excellent condition and I almost had a heart attack when the camera didn’t work at first but then I just needed to charge the battery lol the box isn’t sealed as they state in their emails that they have to check the product for quality assurance which is a bit strange but hey as long as the item works and is brand new then I can’t complain. T-Dimension answered all of my questions promptly through email before I bought my item and that was very important to me. Secondly I was buying a high value product priced over £600 so understandably I had concerns as I didn’t want to get ripped off or mugged. But I ordered my item based on the reviews here and how T-Dimension have responded to me. They usually reply to your emails during the weekday almost straight away on the same day which is great. I got my camera for a bargain. There was a bit of an error on the tracking number as they gave me the wrong courier but this was rectified within the next few days. So all in all, it was a good experience buying from them and would recommend anyone to just make sure you contact them if you have any concern about the item you want to buy. I’ll keep you guys up to date as I only received my item today so want to test run it for a week to make sure everything is functional so will come back on here if I find anything faulty or dodgy with it.
