As usual, my parcel was left in the usual.place without any fuss. I must, however if not already mentioned in previous feedbacks, the previous item had to be returned, I booked this via email with your company, as requested , got confirmation. No one came to collect, was refused to print another label (by company), eventually took to.local.parcel shop, had to pay £4.00. I didn't expect this from Evri, fortunately, I don't have to return latest parcel

I contacted this company for advice, as I had slightly reversed into the side of the roller garage door, and some of it was out of the side casing. I had an immediate reply, a technician the following morning, who confirmed he could repair then. A call from the company confirmed cost, which was agreeable. Vince was very respectable to my property, explained everything in detail, couldn't have wished for better.
Definitely would reccomend (hopefully not to need them again!)

Collection always on date requested

My collection was due yesterday 10th August, I was sent a confirmation that this would be done. However, my parcel is still on the porch today, 11th late afternoon,
clearly labelled and sealed. I have already emailed you to tell you, I quite understand if the courier has been detained or delayed, all other parcels either delivered or returned have been excellent by Andrew. I hope he's OK.

The delivery was made acute, as usua, l by Andrew

Notified of ETA within 2 hours slot. Left in safe place which I had specified. Notified of ETA for returns parcel, both kept to said timings.

Delivered within specified time, had to re arrange place to leave order, that was sent to driver immediately, and order left where I asked for.

Easy to buy and pay online, delivered to a different address without any problem
