Chill Speed (Japanese: 速さの封印 Seal of Speed) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Chill Spd 1, Chill Spd 2, and Chill Spd 3 in order from lowest to highest. Chill Spd reduces the speed of the enemies with the highest speed; the size of the drop increases with the skill's tier.
