I immigrated from England where is easy to compare and buy insurance online. In Italy, it has not been that simple - even the Italian comparison websites (like Facile) don't actually compare quotes from different insurance companies. It has taken me weeks to find an insurance company that will cover only what I want and that is easy to set up a new home insurance policy with especially with my basic Italian language skills. Thank goodness I found Vitanuova (on Facile). I thought that I could not get the cover I needed or that I could not afford to get home insurance. This is the most professional and customer friendly application process I have found in Italy. By the way, I used Google Chrome to translate each webpage into English. I haven't made a claim yet, but the application process is wonderful and simple. ==Italiano da Google Sono immigrato dall'Inghilterra, dove è facile confrontare e acquistare assicurazioni online. In Italia, non è stato così semplice: persino i siti di comparazione italiani (come Facile) non confrontano effettivamente i preventivi di diverse compagnie assicurative. Mi ci sono volute settimane per trovare una compagnia assicurativa che coprisse solo ciò di cui avevo bisogno e con cui fosse facile stipulare una nuova polizza casa, soprattutto con le mie conoscenze di base dell'italiano. Grazie al cielo ho trovato Vitanuova (su Facile). Pensavo di non poter ottenere la copertura di cui avevo bisogno o di non potermi permettere un'assicurazione sulla casa. Great fit that does not move or shift even when it is sweaty and dirty, very tough frame, solid lenses that have taken a lot of abuse. These lenses have been with my for about 4 years in my military reserve career. They have survived countless schools, me being in a tanker crew, me going to NTC, multiple annual trainings, and years of hard civillian work including hazmat and corrections. These frames are by far the single best frames i have ever had in the fact that they always hold firm on my head and have never broken even through some of the toughest most abusive conditions. Now for the downsides that REALLY hold these frames back. For starters, they are a bit uncomfortable especially with over ear earpro, a motorcycle helmet, or a headset on your head. The edges are sharp and dig in a bit. Second, the arm socks are not sold on amazon or oakley's store and cannot be replaced. It's forced me to wrap bare strips of metal with electrical tape because over 4 years the "O-material" has cracked and began to disintegrate over time and the metal it rests on is thin enough to cut the top of your ears creating a great deal of discomfort. This wouldn't even be an issue if the rubber portions had replacement sets available so that i could properly service the glasses. For this reason, moving forward, my next frames will be ones that i know have replacement parts sets so that i can take parts with me to the field or otherwise just service the frames at home.

I opened a trade account with this company and ordered a base for a client. The base arrived damaged purely due to poor packaging, a flimsy piece or card covering the corners. The material itself was also very thin but I was aware of this, having received a sample. Collection was arranged for the damaged half of my order but it became lengthy when the company insisted on collecting both parts, unlike I agreed with the vendor. The second order was damaged too, this time the lid of the ottoman was completely misaligned, either due to poor construction or poor protection in transit. Re-packaging the items to return was a nightmare, and I had to do so twice. I had to chase a refund which was issued after 30 days as per their T&C. The company has done everything by the book so my 1-star review may seem unfair. However, there was no sense of urgency, no follow up and no real apology received - just someone pointing me to their T&C. In all this, I had a very frustrated client calling me almost daily. I cannot recommend this company unless your budget is extremely tight and you are willing to go through this hassle. You'll probably spend more in parcel tape, repackaging the bed for collection. Despite pointing out their failures, they still didn't bother to improve the packaging on the second attempt.

I believe this company is violating all ethical standards in personal loan payments. There is NO direct link to access your account to check balances and make payments. INSTEAD, when you try and log in, they send you an e-mail that "allows" you to log-in. In OVER ONE HUNDRED instances, the email arrives/arrived after the "30 minute" time frame. I could have saved $100's if I had been allowed DIRECT access to my account and been allowed to make advance payments. Instead,after spending HOURS trying to get a timely email link to log into my account, I was forced to not be able to do so. They even say that their "email link" allows you "instant" access to your account. They never answer their phone, IF you can get through, all you get is a runaround. NO OTHER LEGITIMATE BUSINESS HAS THIS PROCESS!! EVERY bank, CC company, loan company, utility, auction sites, social accounts, and dozens of other accounts that I have, allow DIRECT ACCESS INSTANTLY TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITH A LOGIN PAGE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO ENTER A USER NAME AND PASSWORD!!! I firmly believe this is not ethical and possibly illegal!! Unethically high interest, deliberately confusing and difficult access and MUCH more.....what a joke!!!

I spent the whole day of my concert with chat agents trying to get my tickets delivered to me as I still didn’t have them. They kept assuring me they’d be delivered within the hour for 10 hours. My event was at 7pm. I was told my tickets would be delivered within two hours of the concert at the latest. They replaced my tickets with equivalent tickets at 6:45 as they could not get in contact with the seller. Which I don’t understand why that wasn’t done hours before then so I could have gotten to the concert on time. Absolutely horrendous experience and I will never use this service again.

Our 1st time back today after 4 months break due to our yearly business commitments . Had a fun splash about and the odd swim with grand kids in the pool. Then bit chill in the restaurant with a nice latte. We are booking in for workout session this coming week but taking it easy n slow especially for Senior citizens like us. Can't wait to regain our fitness levels to what they were months ago. The gym hasn't changed with pristine appearance ,friendly hardworking unsung staff with a warm friendly smile. Great to be back team John n Jean.

Casa Amore and the incredible team are outstanding in every way. Fourteen of us celebrated our friend’s 50th birthday and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The villa is absolutely stunning from the beautiful pool area, fabulous alfresco dining areas with views of the sea to the fully equipped gym and games room. The team at Casa Amore surpassed all of our expectations from their warmth to their attention to detail. We genuinely all felt like celebrities while we stayed there. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for an unforgettable stay x

I believe the workers to be loyal and hard respectful people. The package left in time and was received on time. I am very displeased on how Canada post is being treated. Parcels cost about half the price to send then the other couriers and get thereon time like the other courier's. It really bothers me that people are not realizing this and that businesses are switching without any consequences because they can write the cost off has a Business expense not like us individuals

Ordered online, didn't have the time to pick the order up which is supposedly shipped back after 10 days. When reaching out to customer service for a refund, got a very rude answer telling me that I was in charge of contacting the shop the order was delivered at to manage the issue. If the rule is that the order is automatically returned after 10 days, I shouldn't have to be chasing after my refund. Won't order again. Never got any answer from customer service.

I want to cancel my order before it is shipped i have contacted the email provided for customer support, the phone just instantly hangs up. It won't even ring when I try to call customer support. If someone could cancel my order before item is shipped, it would be greatly appreciated. I have a skin allergy and im worried about the fabric of the clothing. I'd rather look for something else. Again item has not shipped and I sent a cancelation request via email.

I bought the game at about half the price of the disc version. I quickly got the link and instructions on how to download and install it. After a couple of days the game stopped working. I contacted customer support and within less than a day I had an answer to my query. It was short and concise, clearly explaining what I had to do. The game is running without a problem now.

Filled in the usual about the car to complete the profile, then spoke to a lady on the phone to complete my profile who was a little rude. Was told it usually takes 7-10 days to sell my car, only to wait 2 days then even before the car was put up for sale the sale was cancelled without any contact or information. This company is a complete waste of time.

I follow the races heaps, and BigBet covers all the local tracks i care bout. Found the site when i was lookin for an alt to Sportsbet, didnt wanna stick with the big guys. Odds are sharp on thoroughbreds, even had a protest payout which was a nice surprise. Deposit was instant, withdraw hit in a day. No drama at all, 5 stars from me.

We purchased a wood store and x2 double bin stores. These arrived with very good assembly instructions (via email) and are very very sturdy! One of the bin lids was slightly damaged which the company replaced without any issues what so ever! Definitely recommend if you are looking for robust wooden furniture that you know will last!
