Love the tool, easy to use and yet comprehensive and better than Adobe.

Can't use the subscription and am cancelling it. The new licensing structure won't work for my organization.

Although I really like their products, especially Snagit, I think they should offer student discounts to more countries, not just the US, UK, and Canada. Expanding this benefit globally would help students like me and allow them to reach a wider audience.

No upgrade path for users who bought stand alone licenses.

After years of selling perpetual licenses with maintenance plans, the reason I bougjt it, TechSmith moved to an opaque subscription model. Customer support ignored clear questions, replied with empty phrases. Another U.S. company putting profit over trust. The software was not the best in class, but the company’s attitude clearly converts customers into losers.

Real time help by persons and the way they wait patiently giving enough time for to learn, search and do what they tell us to do is simply superb. We kearn not only camtasia but also friendliness.

I have used TechSmith Snag-it for decades and I find it indispensable for composing and editing stories and reports. It allows you to easily place the details necessary to add that finishing touch.

The information is available - with a considerable time delay. I really miss the previous way that is conducive for customers. The fact that we are paying for a service that is delayed is disappointing.

I have always admired TechSmith Products. They are simple to use packed with features. For most users, it is the best option.

Camtasia is a very user friendly software, each time i use it i learn more about its many possibilities.
I run it with mac m4 chip so its pretty smooth no bugs…. Which i was experiencing before with my intel processor.

Resolving my issue from your help desk was great.

What i don't like is that 2024, is the end of the perpetual license.
