Slow to process order, address mistakes and refund me!
I opened a trade account with this company and ordered a base for a client. The base arrived damaged purely due to poor packaging, a flimsy piece or card covering the corners. The material itself was also very thin but I was aware of this, having received a sample.
Collection was arranged for the damaged half of my order but it became lengthy when the company insisted on collecting both parts, unlike I agreed with the vendor. The second order was damaged too, this time the lid of the ottoman was completely misaligned, either due to poor construction or poor protection in transit. Re-packaging the items to return was a nightmare, and I had to do so twice.
I had to chase a refund which was issued after 30 days as per their T&C.
The company has done everything by the book so my 1-star review may seem unfair. However, there was no sense of urgency, no follow up and no real apology received - just someone pointing me to their T&C. In all this, I had a very frustrated client calling me almost daily.
I cannot recommend this company unless your budget is extremely tight and you are willing to go through this hassle. You'll probably spend more in parcel tape, repackaging the bed for collection. Despite pointing out their failures, they still didn't bother to improve the packaging on the second attempt.
