Respectable workers…

I believe the workers to be loyal and hard respectful people. The package left in time and was received on time. I am very displeased on how Canada post is being treated. Parcels cost about half the price to send then the other couriers and get thereon time like the other courier's. It really bothers me that people are not realizing this and that businesses are switching without any consequences because they can write the cost off has a Business expense not like us individuals

I have several firearms in the system im a lisenced firearms owner and hunter my guns are my main way of putting good healthy meat on my table and i cant get my guns this is unacceptable im a plow operator in hearst we work 7 days a week 12 shifts and im 100% sure for less money to and u dont see us going on strike !!!🤬🤬🤬

I’m really frustrated right now

I’m really frustrated right now. My package never showed up, even though the tracking says it was “out for delivery.” Customer service was no help at all; they couldn’t give me any solid answers or support. I even paid extra for faster shipping, and in the end, I got nothing. Seriously, steer clear of Canada Post — they’ve dropped the ball on the one job they’re supposed to do.

0 rate for them. I am very disappointed with the service. I paid extra for Xpresspost to ensure my package would arrive quickly, but due to the ongoing strike, I still have not received it. Paying extra and still experiencing such long delays feels unfair and frustrating.

At the very least, a refund should be guaranteed when the service paid for is not delivered as promised.

I hope Canada Post improves communication, reliability, and customer fairness moving forward.

I share the same sentiments of many Canadians when I say that I will never use Canada post ever again or trust them with my mail ever again. I am sick and tired of their labour disputes, they have no right to hold my packages hostage that have already been paid for. All packages accepted and currently in the system should be delivered, they should not be able to hold packages hostage. So done, I hope they are dissolved as they are absolutely useless and unneeded anyways.

Absolutely done with Canada post and…

Absolutely done with Canada post and their labour disputes. Striking for months while holding citizens packages hostage. If you want to strike fine but at least deliver the packages you’ve already accepted, taken payment for and commuted to delivering.

Never using Canada Post or a retailer who exclusively shops through them again, I don’t care if I have to pay double the price at FedEx, never again will I trust Canada Post with mail.

Canada Post is a joke

Canada Post is a joke. The strikes are also a joke... how do employees think they can get money from a failing venture when they continue to make it fail harder by striking? It's not at all logical. As with most corporations, the people at the top make too much, the people at the bottom suffer and the overall organization has failed to innovate and compete. Time for an overhaul!! One cannot rely on them at all... I for one will ALWAYS choose other options from now on.
