Won't honor multi line discount, instead raised monthly costs...
Customer service either lies through their teeth or lacks sufficient training to do basic tasks. The only reason I went with these crooks was for a multi line discount through my work. A year later I found out it's not being respected and they have been charging me the full price. They also forced the age of my roof that was jusy replaced back to 1990 and thought I wouldnt notice. I spent hours on the phone with customer service who confirmed they updated my roof age and applied the discount. Fast forward two weeks, instead of applying the discount, my insurance went up by $100/month with no coverage changes and I just got a letter in mail saying my roof age is set back to 1990 and I will lose coverage. Stay away from TD, they do not respect you.
Update: to add insult to injury, when i inquired about the increases, we discovered my employer discount wasn't being honored either. Cited due to applying through the provided QR online...

It gets worse, not only will they not honor the rates, they put all owness for getting the proper rates on the customer. I would expect nothing less at this point.
