3 times I've arranged collection from my address & everytime they've not collected, made sure i was home when they should have collected yet still not collected, they've really gone downhill

Been using Vape UK for a long time, products arrive very quickly, concealed well in a padded envelope, good value for the products, last time my vape was faulty but Liam in customer services was excellent, sorted my issue out the same day, sent a new kit out the same day, only use Vape UK.

Simple to use, wouldn't scan my code so just manually entered it instead no big deal

Dropped a drink on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, sold it as water damaged & without accessories for £170, got receipt the same day graded it as a B for £310

Was kept up to date with delivery & installation, day of connection the engineer was running late but gave me plenty of notice & kept me up to date, friendly, polite & professional, cleared up after himself, left no mess, can't fault Open Reach or the engineer, definitely recommend them

Phoned to give a change of address, done in less than 10 minute, no problems at all & went straight through, received an email not long after confirming everything. Great customer service as always.

Always deliver on time, great range of flavours especially the grape, sweet but not too sweet, always order from here. Great service & good value

Lovely salon, clean & modern, had hair dyed after I tried doing it at home which didn't end well, the lady that did my hair fixed it for me, chatty, polite & lovely, went through the colours i wanted, ended up with 2 mixed together & was there for a good couple of hours & so many people have said how good it looks (purple) & how the colour suits me, will be back again when it starts to fade for a touch up

Picked up when said, got the full amount quoted & the money was in the bank the next day

Quoted me £510, iPhone 13pro max….apparantly underlying problems, offered £190! Nah, don’t think so somehow

Received my box, had 7 different products in it which out of them only 4 that I (and the cat) didn’t like, which were a vegan bar, energy drink & 2 pouches of cat food, minions swizzle were lovely, the corona cans were perfect for a hot night, lovely & refreshing. Look forward to trying another

Heard of the company through Facebook, contacted them who then connected me to Scott who was very very helpful, any questions I had then he would do his best to help, kept in contract throughout the process of setting everything up with the IVA from start to finish, told me the various options of the route to go through & both decided it should be an IVA, not once did he make me feel like an idiot for the mess I had gotten myself into, was very understanding, really has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, knowing everything is being put into place, would 100% recommend to anyone who is having problems to use these, taken exactly a week, started work on my case on the same day we spoke, very professional & friendly bloke. Ordered from Pandora for Mother’s Day (ordered early so it would be here in time as usually Yodel are usually awful for delivering!) the order came day after ordering!

Always bought the turkey drummers as they were my favourite, last couple of times they tasted awful, breadcrumbs rock hard as was the meat so thought I’d overcooked them, last time I cooked for less time & were still awful....why they changed the recipe I have no idea

Tried various delivery companies until was told about Echo, can’t fault the service, from ordering (so straight forward) to delivery is less than a week, gives plenty of notice for you to put the order in, won’t use any other now.

Useless, never on time, real-time can 1 minute say bus due in 2 minutes then next it's 6 minutes, 79/79a/79b definitely the worst, a few times I've put my hand out but it's not stopped, majority are friendly but get the odd 1 or 2 that are really rude.

Received a tree, part missing so only part of it could light up, when it did light up it was flashing lights, not static as described....I'm epileptic! Phoned for a return, it put the whole order in as return, didn't want it all returning just the tree! On live chat I was cut off! Should have been collected on Saturday between 7 & 11, nobody turned up so waited up for nothing, they said they came but they didn't, my blinds were open & nobody came, looks like its happened again tonight, no call, email or anything. Absolutely useless.

Had a message saying parcel had been delivered & signed for....no it hadn't & they're not currently accepting signatures!! Obviously the hermes delivery bloke thought had have it! Not much use as it's only glasses from Vision Express, not much use to him! Wonder how many of these excellent reviews are posted by their employees 🤔
