Added frotz.org and requested PID 5038 for mdebug project.

Per the DFU 1.1 spec:

... to ensure that only the DFU driver is loaded, it is considered necessary
to change the idProduct field of the device when it enumerates the DFU
descriptor set.

This document does not attempt to specify how a vendor might alter the device’s
product ID except to suggest that adding one, setting the high bit, or using
FFFFh are all valid possibilities. Vendors may use any scheme that they choose.

I went with adding 1 to the Ja Rule product ID.

Request PID 5309 for lpcboot protocol (for mdebug and others)

3DRacers Pilot is an Arduino-compatible board, similar to the Sparkfun
Pro Micro. The board schematics, sketch code and 3D models are on the
github organization repositories. It needs 2 PID since the Caterina
bootloader runs on a different PID when activated, while the normal
program code runs on the main PID.

Removed to avoid duplicate "3DRacers 3DRacers Pilot" in the PID public
lists
