Awesome products and support

Ordered P1S printer from them and loads of filaments. Never dissapointed. Support is great, they even freely sent me some faulty parts when the printer had issues with them. Their repairing wiki is awesome.

No order updated. Express shipping

Ordered 3 shaperluv with express shipping 5-7 days(more expensive than regular shipping). Here I am fost 10 days later, with no tracking number, their support answers 2 days after my latest reply, saying they don't know what's happening, first they blamed the shipping company, after that they said they don't know why my order do not have a tracking number. They don't even know if it was shipped or not. First time order, total dissapoinment.

Scam

Scam. Videos on facebook about a €0 offer and after that they actually request you to pay different amounts of money for some membership that gives you nothing. Oh, and that €0 offer vanishes.

Waiting for support reply for over 3 months

Waiting for support reply for over 2 months. Worst support ever. Cannot use my app on another device, the website says I have no account, but I do, on my phone on the account, my email appears. The support just doesn’t exist. I tried to contact them 7 times in the past 2 months. Nothing. Silence. I paid for … what exactly? I have no idea.

Update: After posting a negative review here, they actually came back to me, and after a week or so they actually fixed all the issues related to my account and from I have seen in there, they have a permission hell per each account and device. They asked me to update the review or delete it. After 3 months(checked again when I first contacted them, was the the beginning of November) of waiting, 3 stars is the most I can give, giving the circumstances.

Ordered twice

Ordered twice, the first time I had a replacement request, it happened, the replacement items arrived after 1 week. The order arrived in 2-3 days, which is great.

3rd time being late

I have been a part of their supporters 3 times in crowdfunding, even if the 3rd time the crowdfunding was on their website the 3rd time.

I understand the first time(first campaign) being late with shipments(4 months I think), new business, not enough money to order everything, so I got it. They were updating the backers on all the steps, why they are late and everything.

On the second campaign, late again, but this time, no updates why they are late, but just fake numbers with how many orders were fulfilled, but weren't, because there were hundreds of people complaining they got no shipped email confirmation or their shoes.

On the 3rd campaign, done on their website, ordered in May, promised to be delivered in July, when you pre-ordered this type of crowdfunding, you pay when you place your order and choose the size and the color, so they know from the beginning how much of what to manufacture. They answered to me first that the COVID is the case of being late, but others received their shoes 4 weeks ago. Now, they are saying the issue is that my size and color is out of stock. But wait, they knew what everyone ordered from the start, right? Well, yes, but they did another crowdfund when the one I contributed ended, launched other shoes, and my shoes are... well, they were of course shipped to someone else, because why would you care about that supporter from Romania, right?

Worst delivery company in Romania

Worst delivery company in Romania. Has been bought by emag.ro and you cannot change your delivery day for any of your packages, even large ones. The courier will call you before loading your package to see if you are home and if you kindly ask them for another delivery day(because you have an emergency that day announced with one day before at the courier call center) they will say that if you cannot be at the delivery address today, they will not load you package today or on any other day. This is one of the issues I had with them. Another issue is that it happen to me to get the package 10 days after ordering because the courier forgot to load it in the delivery car for 9 days. This is the worst courier company in Romania.

Package not delivered due to the post services / Refund given

I said I could give this a try because it is in Europe and I hoped that my order would be delivered quite soon. I live in Romania.

They gave me a tracking number to Royal Mail, which does not have an office in Romania, where it said it was delivered 2 days ago, I contacted them about this, and their automatic email system said they will get back to me in 24 hours. It has been almost 60 hours and didn't hear back from them, send them a reply after 48 hours to the automatically received email, because it says reply if there are more questions, but still no response and still no package received.

They did send me an email that my next month order has been sent, without any tracking number.

UPDATE: They got back to me and said that if royal mail says delivered, and they have contacted Royal Mail for further discussions.

UPDATE 2: I have discussed with them, and they have reached out to Royal Mail, which needs to get back to them. In the mean time, they have got my package back from customs. We are waiting to see if the second package will be sent back to them or not.

UPDATE 3: Vape Mail got back my packages from the post and they have refunded me. The packages haven’t got to me because Royal Mail claimed no Romanian carrier has tracking system, but there are. So this is not vape mail fault at all.

They have recently made their prices a bit higher, I already have a wizz package bought(wizz discount club) so I can have some discounts, which I don't by the way. Having a booking for 2 people, while check-in, you cannot select seats, unless you pay, and I talk about any seats on the plane, not extra legroom ones(which costs double). if you let them assign you seats, they say you will stay with the person you travel, which is not happening, random seats are random seats for both of you and they do not place you together. So you buy a plane ticket, so you can fly, you pay again for your seat, and if you wanna have your backpack on board, you pay priority as well, which offer you the chance to take your bag on the plane. This is the worst company ever. Pay for flight, pay for a seat, pay for the on-board bag.

Payments issues(solved)/terrible customer support(solved)

I set myself up in November for a box, i skipped December because I had some juice left already, and in January, they were rejecting my payment method. Not with 1 bank, not with 2 bank, but with 3 different banks cards. It seems that their 3rd party decided to not accept payment from Romania anymore and they are continuosuly telling me retry the payment method, when I told them a few times to discuss with their payment service about this issue. I also skipped a month again in hope they will need some time to solve this, but they decided to skip me 2 months.

Also, on the first box, they didn't hold account of my favourite flavors, but added something that was not on the list of likes or dislikes, and I don't get it why. Also, the juices are extremely sweet and have sugar added to them, because it gets my cotton gray-black after 10ml-15ml of juice.

I am using the flavor mostly on my AIO device now because the sweetness is not that powerful on that device.

Update 1: For the time lost they offered me a free January box. They are still trying different solution for the payment issue.

Update 2: Zamplebox managed to fix the issue and now my payment method has been added without problems. Will update my review since they have resolved the issue.

Excellent service

I needed to transfer money from one currency to another and the service was great and very reliable. Definitely gonna do it again, because this was I am getting a fair rate and not a lot of conversions which leads to less money in the end.
