3rd time being late

I have been a part of their supporters 3 times in crowdfunding, even if the 3rd time the crowdfunding was on their website the 3rd time.

I understand the first time(first campaign) being late with shipments(4 months I think), new business, not enough money to order everything, so I got it. They were updating the backers on all the steps, why they are late and everything.

On the second campaign, late again, but this time, no updates why they are late, but just fake numbers with how many orders were fulfilled, but weren't, because there were hundreds of people complaining they got no shipped email confirmation or their shoes.

On the 3rd campaign, done on their website, ordered in May, promised to be delivered in July, when you pre-ordered this type of crowdfunding, you pay when you place your order and choose the size and the color, so they know from the beginning how much of what to manufacture. They answered to me first that the COVID is the case of being late, but others received their shoes 4 weeks ago. Now, they are saying the issue is that my size and color is out of stock. But wait, they knew what everyone ordered from the start, right? Well, yes, but they did another crowdfund when the one I contributed ended, launched other shoes, and my shoes are... well, they were of course shipped to someone else, because why would you care about that supporter from Romania, right?
