ROYAL MAIL GARBAGE TRACKED 48 SERVICE

I Have a problem and i want to solve it
However That is Almost impossible to solve as the waiting time on the Royal Mail helpline today is over 40 minutes,
I Have dispatched a parcel on a tracked 48 service
Received in Post office on MONDAY 29th SEPTEMBER 2025
Last tracking was National Hub 30th September
However in the ensuing days the item is still languishing at the national hub 8 days later!
With a promise to deliver with a fictitious time delivery window
instead of being a tracked 48 it is at present a tracked 192+ and counting
FINALLY DELIVERED ON A NEW SERVICE BY ROYAL MAIL

Systematic failures on every level.

''There has been no courier near this establishment for 4 or 5 days''

''There is a Backlog of 500 parcels in the back room and what you can see on the shop floor'' (Another 500 parcels languishing in a public space)

OVER 1000 IN ALL And counting....

I Implore anyone to cease and desist any further transactions with this Bogus company who are lying and cheating you out of money goodwill & service
leaving your parcels out in the open for anyone to take an opportunity to steal due to the courier not coming anywhere near...
Lack of service
lack of duty
lack of due care and attention

Furthermore the so called telephone number is 100% bogus too so please don't waste any time on the 0344 755 0117 it's timewaster 100% BOGUS
THE AUTO MESSAGE WILL DELIBERATELY CUT YOU OFF WASTE YOUR TIME AND SEND YOU BACK TO THE WEBSITE WHERE YOU WILL BE DELIBERATELY CUT OFF
Leaving you without any solution whatsoever.

A Big problem called Yodel In post just got worse

40 ATTEMPTS OVER THE DAY ON WEBCHATS 60% WERE TIMED OUT 40% WERE DELIBERATELY CUT OFF MID SENTENCE

YODEL PARCEL SERVICE GARBAGE CONTINUES

PARCEL SENT ON 24TH NOVEMBER
YORKSHIRE TO HATFIELD 160 MILES TO BE SENT TO NEWCASTLE 255 MILES WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
Spent 6 hours over 3 days on chat nonsense with full time fob merchants cutting me off on purpose waiting for an hour at a time only to be fobbed off as per usual ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS
parcel loaded into delivery van at 09.48 Monday 2nd december 8 days after drop off still the parcel in back of van after 11 hours up to 21.00 monday still the now untracked parcel flounders in the back of a van somewhere> driver has turned off the satellite tracking to avoid any up to date tracking yodel have more information in their possession but don't update their paying customers on the trackers a lazy bunch of grade one cretins again not fit for purpose

Can anyone see what these cretins do they A.I the problem that never goes away they never address any logistic problem it's not in their remit to be anything less than disloyal to their customer base that is how if is

ROYAL FAIL! THE BEST THIRD WORLD POSTAL SERVICE IN THE DEVELOPED WORLD !!

Item not delivered initially Thursday 19th as 24 hour tracked parcel DUE TO NO ONE IN OK
Lets come to Tuesday 24th sept re-delivery day and let us waste a complete day of my precious life awaiting the re delivery here we are at 19.00 and a full day stolen waiting in becoming a virtual prisoner to the Royal Fail
Not knowing whether its at the delivery office which never ever ever ever picks it phone never ever it has shrunk their opening hours to further frustrate customers all the while hiking prices and receiving ignorant negative platitude full, useless fourth class delivery non-delivery
National phone helpline can take a good hour or more to pick up with truly useless time wasting options made deliberately to cull the calls then the online 1000% useless website which offers complete zero help on all matters relevant to customers who want access to a human being a complete shower of the proverbial and still no parcel still no idea how to approach the problem caused by incompetent staff who should not be in charge of anything of value the best third world postal service should have the royal taken off their logo its obscene that its still there?? what this show is getting away with btw this is about the fifth time of failure from Royal Fail in the past few months complaints are not taken seriously they are ignored and dumped

Ghost Trains are running on northern railways!!

Had to give up my journey because Northern relentlessly kept the delayed trains in a long continuous useless loop of delay rather than cancelling non existent ghost trains thus creating more frustration upon frustration i ended up with a triple non existing non train sandwich with an overall time waste of nearly 2 hours

If you travelled with us and were delayed of 15 minutes or more please visit our delay repay portal to obtain your compensation:

pay delay tried for another hour of my life wasted another link to nowhere i have a better chance of picking the lock of fort knox with my fingernail with a blindfold rather than claiming recompense on pay delay
another area of no-go for me
endless rejection of email and password changed email and pass same useless continuous negative outcome dead end...

everything about northern trains today has been abysmal to point of throwing the towel in on Northern Trains not fit for purpose

all these links have already been exhausted to the point of emotional pain and disappointment

you have one EXTREMELY disappointed unhappy customer once again

Can never stoop to
yodel sewer level lows, their reprehensible disregard for their human customers is mind blowing.. because when things go wrong with yodel do not under any circumstances expect anything but disrespect ignorance and empty platitudes' you will not get any action sympathy or success... be aware the total support at yodel is non existent it does not exist in any shape or form...IT NEVER DID TODAY AND IT WILL NOT CARE A JOT TOMORROW AD FINITUM...

my parcel entered yodel depot on 5th June and never left, IT NEVER GOT TO ITS DESTINATION!!

it went ''MISSING'' it was a 9kg RETAIL boxed scanner i had wrapped it on PURPOSE before dispatch in vibrant bright green wrapping paper IT WAS scanned into a secure yodel depot and then de materialised but it took 8 days for it to be lost in the depot where parcels DISAPPEAR into THIN AIR the communication is zero yodel do not care ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CONSIGNMENT its a damage limitation business not a courier business a bit like furniture warehouses using furniture to sell finance

utter garbage support system utter garbage at communication the phone number is a robot that curtails any contact with staff in SPEKE LIVERPOOL so you never never never ever get to contact a human being you Attempt to escalate your case through chat and it falls on deaf ears and is ignored out of sight. escalation and concern are filthy dirty words in the yodel dictionary along with quality honesty diligence
damage limitation exercise and the odds of success are anyway the wind blows yodel do not hold themselves liable or any consignments regardless of contents they use money to cover up their despicable useless system
caveat emptor indeed
As you can see yodel did respond and that was it never to be seen ever again on the matter described by yodel as not so good a true and blatant understatement it was an abject misery of a transaction yodel contacted me by email privately then the line went dead permanently what was the reason for that the company never gave one at the beginning and didnt give one all the way through
on top of that yodel will make you wait 30 working days for refund
still waiting 20 days later for money for the item and refund for the postage

i spent 6 hours compiling and uploading the contents of my cv and the a holes would not process my card details on 10 occasions loss of full upload of cv details lost from this complete and permanent losers i issue a warning never to compile upload or spend any time with cv help its not worth the price...AVOID THIS CV COMPANY

REALITY: Left outside no door knock parcel in tatters someone in the evri system had pried it open there were tears and grazes and contents when examined were not fit for purpose
not quite sure how long evri can survive making people miserable with their zero star company who seriously do not give one about you your sender or receiver i would like to start a parliamentary petition on how to debate & banish this company off of UK Soil permanently forever
The company does not deserve ANY customers and their customers don't deserve them and their phony platitudes

EVRI customer support is the worst on planet earth

Evri customer support proudly sticks two fingers up at any customer who is having problems the contact is permanently zero i opened 5 tickets on a problem that a five year old could have solved in 2 minutes.
customer support is pure automaton dictatorial narrow minded absolute 100% useless and most likely the worst customer support on planet earth 2022.

I Would like to see this company shut down due to its

The statement is 100% true to my knowledge and is not defamatory
Unfounded claim from p2go i defamed
Is complete rubbish.
My experience is 100% fact i had to claim a refund

Had MASSIVE Problems with this company in the past
Had another experience today where i purchased an Advertised Courier Service to have someone as advertised to pick up with printed label in hand purchased it had it clarified by parcel2go as non existent does not exist
So nothing has changed the company is still exactly as JUNE 2016 Scummy incompetent misleading misrepresentations sharp practice with incompetence par excellence
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS PERMANENTLY I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE AND THEY MIS-SOLD MISLEAD ON ME AS PER USUAL.

I Introduced and payed up front for a new introduced customer to smarty after 80 emails i got my free month but after another 50 emails the person i introduced has still despite promises not received a free month this dog crap outfit are not fit for purpose there is never any true engagement everything is of no consequence to SMARTY SMARTY AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL vservice is just a pure joke SMARTY really are the pits when it comes to customer services i am truly embarrassed that this outfit actually exists In the open market place

''You only find out a company when things go wrong''

Parcel Monkey's true intentions are to delay frustrate and hopefully put you off making a claim that is their only goal and that YOU The customer becomes the victim of their dire negtive unhelpful practices.

Parcel monkeys agents (DX) delivered MY parcel 5 days late and damaged.
relevant communication and professional approach has fallen 100% In the bin... despite assurances of 24 hour response which is now 144 hours ago (6 days) 02/09/20
There is still no hope of their claims department communicating.

after their agents (DX) dire performance and damage to my goods i would have hoped for a better response but unfortunately , the response has been 100% negative.Empty Platitudes

up to this point i have used parcel monkey for a few years.
This shows up the company as extremely unhelpful and negative.

There is most definitely a conscious strategy company handbook to frustrate and delay customers from making claims

I claimed a full PAYPAL refund for parcel monkeys disrespectful and dire negative performance standard and i still have further claim on the damage to the goods. .

I OPENLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE WHO ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PARCEL MONKEY IS BYPASS THEIR 100% USELESS CHAT SYSTEM SAVE DAYS OF FRUSTRATION AND STRESS AND JUST MAKE A RELEVANT CLAIM VIA PAYPAL OR YOUR CARDHOLDER.

Lesson learned.. ONLY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH GENUINE CARRIAGE COMPANIES

NOT PARCEL BROKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE THINGS TO CHANCE AND STOP USING PARCEL MONKEY FOR PEACE OF MIND...
