Pulse Smoke (Japanese: 鼓動の幻煙 Illusory Pulse Smoke) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Pulse Smoke 1, Pulse Smoke 2, and Pulse Smoke 3 in order from lowest to highest. Pulse Smoke increases the special cooldown counts of its foe and nearby enemies after combat; successive tiers become progressively less restrictive.
