The Arms Scroll (Japanese: 術書 Technique Book) is an item that first appeared in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and has appeared in every game from Path of Radiance to Fates. It raises the user's weapon levels, though the specifics vary depending on the game. It can be seen as a successor to the Manual item found in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and Mystery of the Emblem.

In most of its appearances, only the weapon type belonging to the currently equipped weapon may be boosted in this way; as such, it cannot be used to raise staff level in Path of Radiance, Shadow Dragon or New Mystery of the Emblem, where staves cannot be equipped. In Awakening and Fates, however, the Arms Scroll will increase the levels of all weapon types available to the user's current class.
