Applies the element-wise Softsign function.

$$\text{SoftSign}(x)=\frac{x}{1+|x|}$$

Shape:

• Input: $(\ast )$, where $\ast$ means any number of dimensions.

• Output: $(\ast )$, same shape as the input.

Examples:
