class torch.ao.nn.quantized.functional.threshold(input, threshold, value)

Applies the quantized version of the threshold function element-wise:

$$x=\{\begin{array}{ll}x& \text{if }x>\text{threshold}\\ \text{value}& \text{otherwise}\end{array}$$
