If I could give them a zero * I would

If I could give them a zero * I would. 2nd complaint for the same order. Order placed in June and it is now October. Installation booked for yesterday, no show. Numerous phone calls and noone will pick up including the installer - fitnfinish. Unbelievably frustrated. I have already received a refund for part of the order they stuffed up and now I am going to cancel this order and never deal with them again. Do not deal with this company. Their professionalism is so bad, probably I would rate them in the top five companies I have dealt with in my 69 years on this earth.
Putting a review up is the only way they seem to take any notice, however after seeing all these bad reviews, they clearly do not care. Amusing is how they sell themselves when you are on hold (every time you call) telling you how great they are. I want my money returned Carpetcall. Better get onto this one too now???

They may do carpets well but don’t…

They may do carpets well but don’t touch them if you want blinds/ shutters: been waiting 4 months for shutters, was promised 2 months, 2.5 months tops. Advised two weeks ago windows were incorrectly measured ( measured twice by same company). They would need to remeasure and reorder or I could have my money refunded. Care factor was zero! Obviously I chose refund, they have asked me 3 times now for my bank details. No apology for their mistake, communication has been abrupt like I have done something wrong. For such a big company, their customer service is shocking. Think twice before using Carpet Call because they really are not the experts in the trade as advertised.
