I always find it helpful to be able to look at other peoples reviews when it comes to purchasing an item, booking a professional for works etc. Trustpilot do a great job in that respect.

I respect Trust Pilot for it's reviews more than any other site. It has saved me from making what could have been less than satisfactory purchases.

I've seen several businesses with reviews by Trustpilot, some good and some not good. They all seemed like genuine observations by real people and I felt comfortable using the ones with high marks.
