I received a request to sign a letter from them, which was delivered via USPS. I never signed up to open an account, so obviously someone is perpetrating fraud. Couldn't get anyone on the phone and by email, they wanted my full name, address, DOB, SS# to determine if I have an account. When I refused to give my DOB and SS#, they told me to take it up with USPS.
