My order arrived damaged, with an item missing. In less than 5 mins on live chat, after sending photos of the damaged parcel etc, a replacement was arranged to be sent out to me.

I came across Webuyanyphone through a Google search as I wanted to try a different mobile phone recycling company. Quite often the price you are quoted is not the price you receive with these companies as they will say the phone is not in as good condition as it is. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH WEBUYANYPHONE.
I was sent the full payment as quoted and had a follow up call from Jan in customer services to let me know my device had passed and payment would be on the way.
I was also a bit late in sending my device but I was granted a price extension to give me time to post my device off.
Excellent service, would recommend and would also use again!
