Wonderful customer service on the phone, Michelle Powell was amazing & helpful. We were calling to confirm our quote. In the background I could hear how busy they all were( not a problem, it didn’t interfere with my call!) Michelle was efficient, personable & cheerful, got on with our call and we paid our deposit, even given a fitting date ! Many thanks Michelle, well done.

Lovely ladies in this store , always helpful and importantly , very honest . Will tell you if something is not the best for you but will then suggest something far better ! Great selection and no problem ordering online at home for click & collect ,they can't fit everything in store but certainly know their ranges so no problem .

All beauty are the best for delivery all the year round, but only when they use Royal Mail. Before Xmas I paid for next day delivery ( reduced to £2.00 excellent I thought) but the carrier was not reliable, said they’d tried to deliver but no response ( totally untrue as I waited in all day, as they changed their delivery time twice) No apology from the carrier when they finally delivered day after. They let Allbeauty down, who are always efficient & fast. Enough said , hopefully they won’t use this carrier again?!

In 2020 We booked a special holiday with Tropic Breeze to celebrate my husband's retirement , our departure date was March 23rd 2020 ! So Covid stopped our going but we received all of our money back immediately ,( Jo the owner called us herself ) , despite the fact it could be detrimental to the T/Breeze business. Therefore we are highly recommending this company .We have since returned from a wonderful holiday to the Maldives which T/Breeze organised etc . We were able to do all this because of our refund , this company deserves an award!! Thank you Jo & all of your staff .

Only issue is that the signal is weak & comes & goes when I’m using the phone, even is it’s on WiFi calling

I was impressed that during lockdown I received my order quickly . I had difficulty ordering initially , low WiFi maybe , but I received a telephone number which was direct to the company & I actually spoke to someone, unheard of with any other retailer . My order was sorted out very quickly & was wonderful to receive during these strange times. Thank you Allbeauty !!

Reliable company. Thank heavens they use Royal mail, I have given up ordering from Any company who uses Hermes.
Also there are great savings on premium products!
