Ease of selecting in own home good, along with measurements. Speed of fitting affected by fitter’s annual leave, it would have been good if there could have been cover.
Great that they were fitted with no mess, just boxes to be disposed of, perhaps even better if taken away.
Waiting on a possible revised quote for bedroom curtains.

Ordered and very quickly dispatched. Arrived promptly and pleased with dress.

I waited double the already lengthy estimated dispatch time for delivery, requiring quite a few calls to find out about delivery. Thought I had selected the option with free extras but apparently I had a discount instead. Trying to secure covers outside of that took many emails. Little by way of compensation for very lengthy delay.

Happy with the fitting of wardrobes and the skill of the fitter. The wardrobes look great. Would have been 5 if a few extras considered I.e lack of holes for electricity cables and compared with first fitter just a little more floor protection.

The shed was delivered when it was said to be. Really good quality shed and very pleased. When I open for grey, I confess I thought it came already painted rather than with a tin of paint.

The wardrobe fitter was very well prepared and took care to protect my carpet and other items. In addition he was very polite and helpful and his workmanship excellent.

For the first time at Vision Express the experience felt very rushed and questions and queries passed over as the appointment was coming to an end.

Prompt availability of item on arrival. Met by helpful greeter and social distancing rules upheld.

Faulty item received. Had to print off return label but as in pre-Xmas rush & printer out of action, I returned at my own cost. Took a little while for the replacement to be sent, missed Xmas. Just a little disappointing.

I'm afraid I was disappointed with the size and quality for the money and therefore returned the necklace. A real shame, I was looking forward to receiving as a bit of sheep fan.

Delighted with ease of placing order and quick delivery. Disappointed when one major part missing, but took a few days to be told it was known it wasn't in stock and we should have been told. After setting about to assemble, we discovered a faulty part & some minor parts missing, so far we are two weeks in with one failed promise of it being sent and now being asked for part numbers we've already advised about.

Initial good service, now rather spoilt. If we'd have had lots of sun I'm the meantime I would have been a lot more frustrated.
