I ordered an item that I couldn’t use. I take responsibility because I didn’t fully read the item description. I messaged Kinguin and explained the situation and was refunded in a timely fashion. I will definitely order from Kinguin.net in the future but I’ll make sure that I read the instructions more carefully.
