Moai Block[Japanese title] is a hazard which can be found in Kirby's Return to Dream Land, in Raisin Ruins - Stage 2 and Raisin Ruins - Stage 4. Moai Blocks are stone formations which resemble Kabu in appearance, though there are a variety of blocks which form 'bodies' under the Kabu-like heads. The fairer blocks do not pose a threat to Kirby and his friends, but the red Moai faces are capable of spouting flames on a regular cycle.

These blocks can only be destroyed using the Flare Beam and Ultra Sword Super Abilities. Doing so will leave behind Point Stars and potentially food items as well.

Trivia[edit]

  • The name of these objects comes from the real-world moai statues of Easter Island. This is in turn where Kabu's look originates.
