NYCServ ePayment Center

New York City's NYCServ application, where you can view several types of property-related statements including water bills, property tax history, and real estate tax bills. In order to use the water bill application you must have your account number, which may be found in the upper right-hand corner of your water bill. For automated phone access to your water account, call NYCServ at 718-935-0096. ECB payments (checks or credit cards) and violation inquiries can also be made online. To make an inquiry or payment you will need the nine digit violation number. Go to NYCServ
