Visual feedback for MIDI devices in Logic Pro for iPad
The MIDI Feedback option automatically appears for supported controllers that define both an input and an output port for sending and receiving MIDI messages. Logic Pro for iPad can send MIDI values back to these controllers when you change an assigned parameter value, allowing the device to illuminate a control or to show the value on a visual display. The feedback is sent to the output port of the MIDI device, using the same channel and MIDI message as the input.
Turn visual feedback on or off for supported MIDI controllers
In the Edit Assignment view in the Learn MIDI dialog, tap MIDI Feedback, then tap the Send Value switch.
