Use iCloud to share and collaborate

You can use iCloud to share and collaborate on photo albums, calendars, presentations, to-do lists, and more.

When you share something with iCloud, you decide who can access your information and if they can make changes. For example, you can choose whether the people you share with can add other people, make edits, or just view the content. And you can change sharing and collaboration settings at any time.

Information stored in iCloud stays up to date everywhere. When one person makes a change to a shared file, photo album, to-do list, or anything else that’s shared with iCloud, the change is saved in the cloud.
