Mark takes while recording in Logic Pro for Mac
If you know you’ve recorded a good take and want to mark it so that you can find it again later, you can do so while you’re still recording.
Mark a take while recording
In Logic Pro, use the Select Previous Section for Realtime Comping key command.
This command places a tag in the current take, at the position the key command was used. All audio that precedes the use of the key command is tagged as a good take, and is used in the final comp.
