Sign in to your Apple Account in the Apple TV app on Windows
To purchase and rent movies and TV shows or to subscribe to Apple TV channels on your Windows device with the Apple TV app, you need an Apple Account. If you don’t have one, you can set one up in the Apple TV app.
Create a new Apple Account in the Apple TV app
Sign in to your Apple Account in the Apple TV app
Go to the Apple TV app
on your Windows device.Select Sign In (under View My Account), enter the email or phone number and password for your Apple Account, then select Sign In.
If you forgot your password, select “Forgot password?” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Sign out of your Apple Account in the Apple TV app
Authorise or de-authorise your Windows device to play purchases from the Apple TV Store
To play purchases or rentals from the Apple TV Store, you need to authorise your Windows device.
Go to the Apple TV app
on your Windows device.Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Authorise Machine or Deauthorise Machine.
Sign in to your Apple Account, then select Continue.
A message appears to confirm the authorisation or reauthorisation.
