Never used this method before

Never used this method before, always preferred printing label myself but apart from initial glitch scanning the qr code, it scanned on second attempt. Label was attached by shop and I was given receipt, in and out of shop in no time

Superior survey provider

I have tried other survey providers but YouGov is far superior with interesting range of survey subjects. I generally find the surveys take me longer than YouGov's estimated time to complete although this could be me over thinking questions.
A number of payment options with payment being made quickly.

Poor tracking and inadequate notification of when item was to be delivered

There was tracking but no information about what day it would be delivered. Ended up getting a text very early morning 1hr before it was delivered so had I been going out there was no time to change delivery options. WHY was I not informed earlier of what day it was to be delivered, other delivery services have much better tracking and information

I should have read reviews first

I should have read reviews first before ordering. Ordered on 25th January, nothing by 30th so emailed support@pspetcare, did find response in Spam folder eventually, response dated 1st February so to be fair not their fault that it ended up as Spam.
They did at least apologise for staff shortages but would have been nice to have received an email prior to me finding it necessary to send a complaint...not impressed with communication.

Feel more confident opening door to a familiar friendly face rather than continuously changing faces and being unsure if they really are legitimate delivery people

Immediate online live help

It was very useful to have live online help. Both operators were very helpful although probably longer to resolve the problem as I had to be transferred to the second operator who was able to give me the correct information
