Make := non-breaking but ignored (it's just the expression)

Implement some sort of assignment for := expressions.

Properly visit AssignExp nodes.

Implement early binding of comprehension variables in class scope

Remove the special-casing of the outermost iterable in a comprehension

Fix broken tests

Add := to tokenizer

Flag a name as early-bind only once
