Superseded by #13 for the compatible xunit.runner.visualstudio 3.1.5 patch, which passed the full local and GitHub validation gates. Microsoft.OpenApi 3.9 is intentionally withheld because it breaks the current .NET OpenAPI source generator contract (IOpenApiMediaType.Example is read-only). The coverlet and Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk major upgrades should be handled individually with dedicated test-platform validation.
