Steps to reproduce

test.ps1

)
process{

}

Run the following from CMD:

echo hello world | powershell -f test.ps1 e E
hEllo world
echo hello world | powershell -f test.ps1 e -
CRA$H@#*
echo hello world | powershell -f test.ps1 e "-"
CRA$H@#*

CRA$H@#* = PowerShell crashes
