Noncombatant (Japanese: 非戦闘員 Noncombatant) is an ability which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It prevents the user from ever being targeted by enemy attacks. It is possessed exclusively by Solon when he is disguised as Tomas, and likely exists to prevent him from being killed by his own subordinates.
