427 Stroker-Powered 2006 Panoz GTS NASA Race Car

This Panoz GTS was purchased by the seller in 2016, reportedly from its second owner, and it is powered by a 351-based 427ci V8 paired with a TKX five-speed manual transmission that was installed in September 2024. The engine features a SCAT crankshaft, Eagle H-beam connecting rods, Mahle forged pistons, 220cc AFR CNC’d heads, a COMP Cams roller camshaft, and Jesel 1.7:1 rocker arms. A rebuild in 2025 involved replacing the piston rings, bearings, lifters, gaskets, seals, valve springs, oil pump, and timing chain. The yellow and black-finished bodywork is mounted over a DOM tube chassis that was lightened, reinforced, and refinished in gray in 2025. The car rides on 18″ BBS and CCW wheels, and further equipment includes Penske coilovers, an AGR steering rack, Brembo disc brakes with stainless-steel lines, and an aluminum ATL fuel cell. The cockpit is fitted with a Kirkey racing seat, a Simpson harness, and a G-Force window net. Dubbed Mala Noche, this Panoz GTS is now offered in Ontario, Canada with logbooks, spare parts, and a Certificate of Origin.
