New to BaT? Learn how it works.

This 1968 Ford Bronco was purchased by the seller in 2024, and a custom build completed in 2026 involved the installation of a 5.0-liter Coyote V8, a 6R80 six-speed automatic transmission, and an electronic dual range transfer case linked to a Dana 30 front axle and a 9″ rear axle. The body was repainted in Ford Area 51 Blue and features a removable black soft top, AMP Research power-operated side steps, fabricated front and rear bumpers, a front winch, and a rear swing-away tire carrier. Inside, the aftermarket front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in brown diamond-stitched leather, and a family roll bar is installed along with front and rear shoulder belts, a Vintage Air climate control system, a Classic Instruments gauge cluster, a tilting steering column, and a custom center console with a wireless phone charger and cup holders. The truck rides on a Wild Horses 2.5″ suspension lift and features Wild Horses and Krawler’s Edge steering components as well as Bilstein shocks and hydroboost-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder. Additional equipment includes an aluminum radiator, a custom air intake assembly, and an aluminum exhaust system with Tom’s Off-Road headers and Flowmaster mufflers. Previously listed by the seller on BaT in June 2026, this modified Bronco is now offered again with a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a Classic Instruments gauge cluster housing a 140-mph speedometer surrounded by a tachometer and gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer indicates 625 miles have been added since the build was completed. The tachometer is not connected.

A custom air intake assembly is installed along with an aluminum radiator with an integrated transmission cooler and an electric fan. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 6R80 six-speed automatic transmission and an electronically controlled dual-range transfer case linked to a Dana 30 front axle and a 9″ rear axle, both of which are fitted with 3.50:1 differential gears. The Krawler’s Edge fuel tank has a black-finished skid plate, and the aluminum exhaust system has Tom’s Off-Road headers and Flowmaster mufflers.
