Great deals, questionable data demands and misleading store pages.
Delivers on its deals but is quite sketchy. Bought Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree off them and had to input my home address despite them selling me an account.... I have asked for it to be removed in tickets about another matter but my comments about it in the ticket were overlooked. Due to the address situation, I had assumed a package was coming, but it never arrived after 2 weeks, without my knowledge that it was info on an account on my emails I should expect. Had a back and forth with a ticket responder lasting 3 days (mostly my fault, replied late and emailed during the evening) but staff were incredibly patient with my antics. When my info didn't work, there sent me a second account free of charge, no fuss. I eventually got into the account and got the game. The only thing that bumped it up from or 3 to 4 stars is the amazing deal I got, being a 70 euro game bundle for 15, saving me a whopping 55 euro. Only real complaints are the unnecessary mandatory address request and it not being clearly outlined that I was to expect an email and it was a digital copy form a second account, if that was clarified before checkout I'd be a lot more satisfied.
