At this point it’s a scam!

Édit - finally managed to speak to customer service. They were helpful and my issues are being sorted out.

I ordered boots three weeks ago and the tracking has never updated—the package doesn’t even appear to have shipped. I’ve tried every contact channel multiple times and couldn’t reach a human; the chatbot was no help. More worrying, the Trustpilot review I posted a week ago has since disappeared. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this company; even the one‑star rating seems generous.
Shame on you vivabarefoot!

Extremely poor client experience

I’m extremely disappointed with Vivobarefoot’s customer service. Their AI chatbot is ineffective, and it’s virtually impossible to reach a human representative. Despite multiple requests, I’ve never received a callback.
For context: I ordered a pair of shoes in May that developed a defect, which should be covered under their six-month warranty. More recently, I placed another order, but the delivery has been stuck for over 15 days. Once again, I’ve been unable to get any updates, guidance, or clarity on the status.
