We were customers for only about 4 months, and nearly every single box we had had a problem with it. Mainly missing items (recipe cards, ingredients etc.). The icing on the cake came from the skin-on chicken recipe that arrived without the chicken. HelloFresh sent an email to say that there wouldn't be any chicken, but only after the box had been dispatched, so there was no way of selecting an alternative meal. Then, to top it off, most of the accompanying ingredients were missing as well. So basically, we paid for a sachet of herbs. Brilliant.
This fiasco was the last straw, and we cancelled our subscription and went to Gousto instead.
I know I will get the usual copy and paste reply to this review. Don't bother, I'm not interested in you investigating this further. You have more than enough negative reviews on here with similar problems, act on them first.
