Yesterday was my first experience of using a motorway services ev charger. Difficult to say the least, the Gridserve rep on the phone Tracy was really helpful and patient.

Gridserve never failed me. Whenever I travel I always look for Gridserve charging points. The app is seamless and charging is straightforward.

Operator was very helpful but the wait was much longer than the quoted average of 2 mins It would be good to have the option of a transcript of the chat

Tracey was fantastic at helping me get my credit card receipt, when I didn't realise that the Apple watch has a different virtual card number to the one on the phone!

Plenty charging points, 350kv charging. I have an Ioniq 5 with fast charging but twice I have had a maximum of around 120kv which is a little sad.

I have a Nissan Leaf that uses Type 2 or CHAdeMO to charge. Gridserve confirmed that they do have appropriate chargers.

Relatively easy to start a charge but because I used app to get discount it was not as super easy as using contactless card.

Worked 1st time and was well maintained. The app is very responsive and effective. Good sized parking bays.

It worked ok. Never reached the speed I hoped for, but not bad. I find Gridserve pretty reliable, but very expensive!
